Foamest201

This is the oil-resistant type of the Foamest series. It is used in the coolant tanks of machine tools with cutting fluid.

The Foamest series, when used with water that has a high oil content, allows oil to seep into the monotrane, reducing its ability to generate bubbles. The Foamest 201 has overcome this weakness. It is used in the coolant tanks of machine tools. 1. Purification and regeneration of cutting fluid Micro-nano bubbles attach to fine foreign substances and dirt, causing them to float. By collecting the impurities that accumulate on top, purification and regeneration can be achieved. 2. Reduction of coolant odor Micro-nano bubbles containing oxygen penetrate the coolant and repel anaerobic bacteria, reducing unpleasant odors. 3. Improved cutting efficiency and extended tool lifespan When micro-nano bubbles are present in the liquid, cutting efficiency increases, and as the cutting fluid becomes cleaner, the tools last longer, leading to significant cost savings!
